Exotic Animal Care
Over the years, the staff at Robertson Vet Clinic has expanded its medical care to include non-traditional animals. Recognizing the challenges of finding an exotic veterinarian, we are proud to offer services to our scaled, furred, and feathered companions. We routinely care for small pocket pets, such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and ferrets, as well as non-venomous reptiles, including various species of snakes and lizards. Additionally, we serve clients with farm-associated avian species, including chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guinea fowl, and peafowl.
Please note that we prioritize biosecurity with avian species, and there may be rare instances where we need to refer an animal to a more specialized clinic to address advanced issues beyond our scope of care. Due to this concern, all appointment requests for avian species will require answering respiratory-related questions prior to scheduling.
