Dr. Robertson does see pocket pets, some avians (specifically chickens, ducks and geese) and non-venomous reptiles. She has been treating exotics and pocket pets for over 10 years, and enjoys educating clients on proper husbandry and metabolic issues that are unique to each animal.
At Robertson Mobile Vet, we can do most diagnostics in-house. From routine blood work to radiographs (x-ray) we offer an array of in-house services. For more specialized diagnostics, we use reliable reference laboratories as well as have specialists that come into the practice in order to offer abdominal ultrasounds and echocardiograms.
Being mobile as well as having an office, Robertson Mobile Vet knows that everyone’s life is busy. In order to make it convenient for clients to have access to their pets-medications we offer an online pharmacy (VetSource) so you can have your pets-medications, prescription diets, and supplements delivered straight to your home.
If no skin condition is present, you can bathe your dog every 4-6 weeks.
Every pet is unique and the goal is to find the best diet for the individual pet. Expense doesn’t necessarily equal quality.
Comprehensive examinations are recommended AT LEAST annually to check for health issues that may not be apparent to owners. During a comprehensive examination the veterinarian will examine your pet's eyes, ears, skin and hair coat, listen to their heart, and discuss any concerns you may have.
