• Estimates for all mobile appointments are emailed 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your receipt of this prior to your appointment so we can properly plan the items we need for all appointments on that day.
  • All animals must be confined to an area where they can be easily accessed. We will not climb under beds or furniture to obtain your pet for their examination.
  • No surgical procedures are completed at a house call.
  • If any medications (including heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention, ear cleaner, etc) are needed please let us know in advance as we do not carry the entire pharmacy in the vehicle; only what we need for that days scheduled appointments.
  • If your pet is fearful or aggressive please let us know in advance so we can discuss options available to make sure the appointment is a positive experience for all involved.
  • All payments are due at the time of the appointment
  • All previous records must be received prior to your at home visit in order to give the veterinarian time to review them before the appointment
  • All appointments and recommended services must be confirmed the day before the appointment
