Appointment Policy

To ensure that all patients and scheduled surgical procedures receive ample time, we primarily operate by appointment. While we are not an emergency facility, emergency cases will always be given top priority, which may occasionally result in delays for scheduled appointments. We strive to see each client on time, but please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule the appointment to avoid disrupting other scheduled visits.

Vaccination Requirements

To ensure the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations, especially the rabies vaccination, be up to date. We do not accept rabies titers as proof of protection. Failure to comply with clinic and local laws regarding rabies vaccination will result in the forfeiture of your right to be seen by our veterinarian and staff.

Animal Comfort and Safety

Although we make every effort to help our patients feel comfortable during their visits, they may be a bit uneasy in new environments with unfamiliar people and other pets. We kindly ask that animals be on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the building.

Payment Policy

Please be advised that payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards , care credit, Trupanion Insurance and cash, please note that we do not accept personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy:

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Since we operate on an appointment only policy and try to make sure we can accommodate clients and their pets, we have a strict cancellation policy. We ask that all cancellations be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee will be incurred. The same applies for no show appointments (not showing up for your scheduled appointment time). A no show fee equal to the cost of the examination time that was blocked off for your appointment is incurred for all missed appointments. Any canceled and/or no show appointment fees must be paid prior to rescheduling any appointments or rechecks.
